JOB TITLE: Facilities Project Manager
SUPERVISOR: Director of Operations, Systems and Facilities or designee
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

Provide hands-on overall project management of the EKOS Facilities projects, including the build out and move to an expansion facility and retrofit of the current EKOS facility to support ongoing manufacturing requirements.

Work as a liaison and communicator between business leaders, stakeholders, end users, and engineering teams to ensure that all facilities projects are performed in a timely and high quality manner. Serve as the primary point contact for all key stakeholders and leadership teams to ensure defined planning, project, and move goals are met in a timely manner to support the defined strategies and objectives.

MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and actively direct the development and maintenance of the project plan to identify and contain the occurrence of potential risks that can impede success
• Support development of User Requirements Document(s)
• Manage deadlines and conduct weekly status meetings with key stakeholders
• Work with the EKOS Facilities team to implement facilities planning and move activities
• Analyze project plans and establish critical objectives
• Plan, schedule and manage project moves; including coordination with project teams and vendors as necessary
• Schedule and lead move management meetings
• Coordinate meetings between Construction PM, architects, EKOS personnel, BTG personnel and contractors, as needed
• Coordinate project phases, review financial statements and assure on-time delivery
• Track project scope, schedule, and costs
• Schedule, lead & manage vendors as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

Core Competency Requirements
• Solid understanding of Requirements Management
• Ability to implement and lead an effective project change management process
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills working within cross-functional teams

Preferred Competency Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years experience in project management
• PMP certification preferred
• Experience in space planning and facilities management
• Experience working in (construction and clean room) environment
• Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Proficient in Project Management software such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheet
• Knowledge of furniture office systems and general finish specifications
• Be able to successfully work against deadlines in a team environment
• Have excellent reliability and be able to follow solutions to completion
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of GMP, ISO 13485 and MDD requirements, as applicable to this position
