The 2013 Construction Industry Research Conference (CIRC) was held on Friday, April 19th, 2013 at the Pacific NW Center for Construction Research and Education. Seventy participants, representing faculty and industry practitioners from around the state, came together to learn about and discuss what happens when the real and the virtual, the theoretical and the practical collide!
